Description: This is a manga adaptation of the Japanese horror movie Ringu, which was based on a novel by Koji Suzuki and remade in the United States as the hit film The Ring. The story concerns a deadly videotape-anyone who watches it will die seven days later. When her niece dies mysteriously, journalist Reiko investigates, finds the tape, and watches it. She contacts her ex-husband, Ryuji, a university professor, who watches the tape also, and together they search for a way to stop the curse-a task that becomes even more imperative when their son Yoichi sees the tape as well.
